I think I most was fearful of making a mediocre video, and the script I had written up was really mediocre. McCain doesn't lend himself to "comic re-editing", partly because most of his source material is so dull. (A friend told me that McCain always reminds him of boring people in Monty Python animations who have their nose run away. In retrospect I think that is what I should have done!).
